Description: This painting is a replication of a 2009 work by American oil painter Daryl Urig. I was drawn to the piece because of my mom’s love for flowers and gardens, which made the subject meaningful to me. The entire painting was created using oil paint, with the textures of the flowers achieved through the use of a painting knife.
